Time outdoors

I got to thinking this afternoon how much time do i spend outdoors and more importantly how much time do my kids spend outdoor? So i am challenging myself, as well as my readers to keep a diary over the next week of how many hours or in some peoples cases minutes do you spend outdoors. Post your findings :-)
